Child Protection
Ending Child Marriage, Enabling Futures
We intervene to rescue young girls at risk of early and forced marriages and reintegrate them into safe learning environments. Through community outreach, legal protection, and psychosocial support, we’ve helped over 250 girls return to school in Northern Bahr el Ghazal.
Our approach directly supports SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions) by ensuring girls have the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive free from harm.
Our Impact Includes:
School enrollment support and mentorship
Legal advocacy against perpetrators
Family mediation and community sensitization
Collaboration with local chiefs and police
Why This Matters:
Educated girls are empowered girls. Each rescued child is a future leader, mother, and contributor to a peaceful society.
